CITY AS STUDIO, NEIGHBORHOOD DANCES

As part of a residency at Defibrillator Performance Art Gallery and featured by Chicago Artists Month, Victoria Bradford hosted a workshop during which participants made their own Neighborhood Dances, activating architecture and environments in Noble Square and other areas of Chicago. In performance, Bradford created live actions in conversation with projected videos of various Neighborhood Dances alongside the workshop participants who mirrored her process. The performance also featured a live audio installation by Ryan Packard.
